HOT PEPPER
Berry -shaped fruit, with length ranging between 4 and 5 cm, with an average diameter of 4 cm, thin skin and an uneven surface. The fruits weights range from 15 to 25 grams with a good firmness. It is
considered the hottest chile (150000-350000 Shu) is an excellent source of vitamin A, and contains twice as much vitamin C than citrus.
