Sound fruits carefully harvested in the months of May to July, with dark or light green color (typical of the varieties grown in tropical conditions), the selection is made base on the external color; they
are washed, brushed, water waxed and treated with fungicides (Thiabendazole and Imazalil) in accordance with the provisions of European regulations). Sizes are ship depending customers needs as small, medium, large, extra large and Jumbo. They are free of pests and diseases.
