Honey bee
The honey is considered as healthy food and is widely used in natural and organic products. Different types of honey are marketed; between them we have conventional, monofloral, polifloral and organic, packed in bulk and small formats. They are produce according to the Cuban Norm .NC 371: 2012 and the Codex Alimentarius – CODEX STAN 12-1981.
